Reaching us
Four addresses, so a message arrives where somebody can act on it. Anything unrouted reaches the first one.
General
Questions about what is measured, how a figure was arrived at, or anything the methodology does not answer.

If we are measuring your infrastructure
Every provider has a right of reply, and it is published beside the measurement rather than instead of it. Write if a figure looks wrong, if an endpoint should be measured differently, if your rate limits have changed, or to ask to be removed.
A correction we can verify is applied and the change is recorded. What we will not do is delete an unflattering result that turns out to be accurate — a benchmark that removes the measurements providers dislike is not a benchmark.

Vulnerability reports
Report privately here first, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will confirm receipt, tell you what we found, and credit you when the fix ships unless you would rather we did not.
Please do not run automated scanners against the public site or the measurement gateway. They are indistinguishable from the load we exist to measure, and a scanner pointed at the collector corrupts observations we publish as fact.

Data protection
Access, correction and erasure requests. There is very little to request — what is and is not collected is set out on the privacy page.
